Brian Romanzo spent over 10 years as in-house legal counsel with franchise and distribution companies in various roles including General Counsel of Meineke Car Care Centers and Vice President and General Counsel of SnapAV. In these roles, Brian handled all aspects of franchise and distribution, including drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD), drafting and negotiating franchise and distribution agreements, and implementing company wide franchise compliance programs.
